Animal Embodiment Flow
In this class, yogis will learn about a particular animal and what they represent, spiritually. With her wildlife background, Nicole sprinkles in fun, scientific facts about the animal too. She invites you to incorporate the animal's essence through movement and poses and hopes you leave the class feeling more connected to the animal.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga focuses on the synchronization of breath and continuous flow of movement. It is a practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and mental focus. Nicole likes to offer various themes such as the Chakras, the Elements, the moon phases, and yoga philosophy. You will work toward peak poses and fun transitions giving you access to what’s possible in your practice and in your life. This class is suitable for all levels.
Vigorous Vinyasa Flow
Vigorous Vinyasa flow is a little faster paced than the vinyasa flow classes, but still includes the various themes. In this class you can expect high energy, playfulness, and advanced postures to get your body moving and clear your mind. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
Yoga Tone
This high-energy session will ignite your inner strength, increase your metabolism, and sculpt your body from head to toe. You'll flow through traditional yoga poses combined with compound strength training movements, with the option to incorporate light weights, to develop deep strength and long, lean muscles throughout your entire body.
Reiki-infused Slow Flow
Experience a harmonious blend of gentle yoga and Reiki energy healing in more slow paced yoga class. Allow the peaceful flow of movement to synchronize with the healing power of Reiki, fostering deep relaxation, balance, and renewal for mind, body, and spirit. This class is suitable for all levels.
