I have been doing yoga for more than 10 years. Nicole has been an excellent yoga instructor in two ways – physically can sometimes feel the inner fire during class and at the end during Shavasana many times I feel my crown chakra opening and waves of energy. It is a physical and spiritual journey when you take Nicole’s class. Of course, after the class I feel very refreshed and stretched out and peaceful. I can safely say that this is definitely a calling for Nicole to nourish us with her yoga teachings.

Nicole’s class is the best! She makes everything accessible to everybody by being clear with modifications + other options to make sure everyone is comfortable and is very responsive to specific requests and individual needs. Her thoughtful and introspective meditations keep the student engaged and focused on the mindful well-being of both the mind and body. "I am not a yoga person.....at all. But one of my goals during COVID was to find a way to quiet my mind and get into a space that was calm and positive. So much in life is out of my control, and I struggle with that all the time. I started Yoga with Nicole in hopes that her class would be different than other classes that I've tried. Not only was it different, but it has turned me into a loyal follower. Nicole is not only a great yoga instructor, but she is a person who brings peace, thought and positivity to her class and to its participants. She prepares a message or a theme for each class and then tailors her moves and positions to match that theme. Nicole also gives us things to think about and to ponder while we are in different poses which I truly appreciate. My most recent favorite was 'You are exactly where you are meant to be.'"
